On Friday, July 9th, 2021 a widespread hailstorm occurred which majorly affected the Saint Louis, MO area. 15 hail reports were received, noting hail as large as 2.00” and an average size of 1.40”. Hail claims have been pouring in because of the storm as property owners have taken note of the damage. There is an estimate of 11,189 properties which have been impacted by 1.5″ hail or larger.
