On Friday, July 10th, 2020 a widespread hailstorm occurred which majorly affected the Rapid City, South Dakota area. 35 hail reports were received, noting hail as large as 3.25″ and an average size of 1.93″. The storm also affected other nearby cities such as Central City, South Dakota and Keystone, South Dakota.
